Ken's Spaghetti Sauce (x4 scale)

My dad's simple spaghetti sauce

Prep: 15 min Cook: 1 hr

This is probably not exactly the recipe my dad made for us as kids but it's what it has involved into now.

  • 6 lbs (2.722 kg) ground beef
  • 4 quarts canned whole tomatoes
  • 4 large can tomato sauce
  • 4 cans tomato paste
  • 8 large onions, chopped and loosely packed
  • 4 green bell pepper
  • 12 stalks of celery, chopped and loosely packed
  • 8 (32 g) cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1⁄4 cup oregano
  • 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 can mushrooms

Put all ingredients into large pot

Let simmer for about an hour or more, stirring occasionally
