• ¹⁄₃ cup (93 g) ketchup
• 1 tsp (6 g) salt
• 1 tsp coarse black pepper
• 1 tsp (5 g) Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tsp (8 g) grainy Dijon mustard

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

• ¹⁄₄ cup (70 g) ketchup
• ¹⁄₄ cup (61 g) packed brown sugar

Glaze: mix all ingredients together and pour on top of meat loaf.

Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
