Makes 1 cups

Just like you can get at Dairy Queen or McDonalds. No better way to combine ice cream and chocolate.

  • 1⁄2 cup 1⁄2 cup (100 g) white granulated sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup 1⁄4 cup (21 g) packed cocoa
  • 1⁄2 cup 1⁄2 cup (100 g) white granulated sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup 1⁄4 cup (21 g) packed cocoa

Mix sugar and cocoa.

  • 1⁄2 cup 1⁄2 cup (160 g) corn syrup
  • 1⁄4 cup 1⁄4 cup (60 g) 12% cream
  • 1⁄2 cup 1⁄2 cup (160 g) corn syrup
  • 1⁄4 cup 1⁄4 cup (60 g) 12% cream

Add corn syrup, cream, and mix. Bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes.

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
  • 1⁄2 tsp 1⁄2 tsp (2 g) vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
  • 1⁄2 tsp 1⁄2 tsp (2 g) vanilla extract

Stir in butter and vanilla.
