Spanish Delight is a comforting casserole that combines macaroni, ground beef, and a homemade tomato sauce, topped with cheese for a deliciously baked finish.   • 2 Tbsp (16 g) all-purpose flour
  • 12 tsp (3 g) salt
  • 1 12 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp (28 g) butter

Make tomato sauce. Melt butter. Add flour and salt. Blend and add stewed tomatoes. Stir until thick.

  • 4 to 8 oz. (113 to 227 g) macaroni

Cook macaroni.

  • 0.5 lbs (227 g) ground beef
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 14 cup celery, chopped
  • 14 cup green bell pepper

Brown beef, add onion, celery & ground pepper.

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • cayenne, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Turn into greased casserole dish.

  • 14 cup grated cheddar cheese

Top with cheese.

Bake 15 min at 375 °F.
