Fry meat, onion, and celery until meat is browned.

  • 4 (1.2 kg) packages bean sprouts

Add bean sprouts and cook 5 minutes more.

  • 2 packages Catelli fine thin noodles, cooked
  • 2 packages Catelli fine thin noodles, cooked

Add to cooked Catelli noodles.

  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 tsp black pepper

Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Place in 2 greased casserole dishes. Bake 1 hour at 300°F.
