  • 2 quarts, 2 cups (590 g) wheat bran
  • 6 cups (750 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (213 g) brown sugar

  • 4 cups raisins (optional)

Combine bran, flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda in bowl and mix well
