This homemade yakisoba sauce is a fast, no-cook blend of Worcestershire, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar that delivers the classic savory-sweet, umami-rich flavor associated with Japanese-style stir-fried noodles. It’s perfect to make ahead for weeknight yakisoba, stir-fries, fried rice, or as a quick glaze for vegetables and proteins. Taste at the end and adjust sweetness with extra sugar (a little at a time) to match the saltiness of your soy and oyster sauces; whisk well until fully dissolved for the smoothest sauce.
