Mixed tuna, hard-boiled egg and vegetables served on toasted hamburger buns.

  • 4 tin tuna
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1⁄3 cup, 2 tsp (84 g) mayonnaise
  • pickle, chopped and loosely packed
  • onions, minced

Mix tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, pickle, onion in a bowl.

  • butter
  • hamburger buns

Spread butter and the tuna mixture on the hamburger buns.

  • cheddar cheese, grated

Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown under broiler.

Notes
  • Ensure to chop the pickles and mince the onion fine enough to mix well with the tuna for a balanced flavor in every bite.
  • Broiling the buns until the cheese melts gives it a crisp touch and enhances the flavor.
