A comforting dish of rice baked in a savory chicken bouillon and butter mixture.

  • 2 quarts (1.9 kg) water, boiling
  • 1⁄2 cup (110 g) butter
  • 8 chicken bouillon cubes

Pour boiling water over butter and bouillon cubes in casserole dish

Stir until cubes dissolve

  • 4 cups (740 g) rice

Add rice and cover

Bake at 350F for 1 hour
