Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Serves 8

Creamy mashed potatoes flavored with plenty of garlic, butter, and melty mozzarella.

  • 8 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Boil potatoes until fork tender.

Drain and mash in a large bowl.

  • 2 cups (490 g) whole milk

Blend in milk until smooth.

  • 1⁄2 cup (110 g) butter
  • 20 cloves garlic, minced

Melt butter with garlic; mix in.

  • salt, to taste

Salt to taste.

  • 1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fold in mozzarella while hot.
