Simple version of this classic dish using a can of soup

  • 3 chicken breasts

Cut chicken breasts in to 5cm x 10 cm pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Cook chicken through.

Cook broccoli but not too much, it should still be crisp.

  • 540 mL cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup (114 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) lemon juice

Mix together cream of chicken, mayonaise, curry powder, and lemon juice.

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Put broccoli on bottom of a casserole dish, put chicken on top, then pour sauce over top and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
