- 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp (30 g) lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 tsp 1 1⁄2 tsp (11 g) honey
- 1 tsp 1 tsp (5 g) dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 tsp 1⁄2 tsp (3 g) sea salt
- black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and several grinds of pepper.
