A sweet and tangy glazed ham with a hint of fruitiness.

  • 2 Tbsp (12 g) mustard powder
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) water

Combine dry mustard with water, let stand for 10 minutes.

  • 1⁄2 cup (120 g) applesauce
  • 1⁄2 cup (160 g) apricot jam
  • 2 Tbsp (30 g) vinegar
  • 1⁄4 cup (54 g) brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup (59 g) sherry
  • Pineapple tidbits

Combine everything and spread over whole or half ham before baking.
