Apricot Glazed Easter Ham

A sweet and tangy glazed ham with a hint of fruitiness.

  • 1 Tbsp (6 g) mustard powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) water

Combine dry mustard with water, let stand for 10 minutes.

  • 1⁄4 cup (62 g) applesauce
  • 1⁄4 cup (82 g) apricot jam
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp (27 g) brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (29 g) sherry
  • Pineapple tidbits

Combine everything and spread over whole or half ham before baking.
