  • 2 lbs (907 g) lean ground beef
  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 (102 g) large eggs, beaten
  • 34 cup (75 g) rolled oats, large
  • 13 cup (93 g) ketchup
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 12 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

  • 14 cup (53 g) brown sugar

Glaze: mix all ingredients together and pour on top of meat loaf.

Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.

Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350° or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
