Brown ground beef and vegetables in large saucepan.

  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (3 g) oregano
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (6 g) cumin
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp (12 g) salt
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp (2 g) paprika
  • 12 tsp 12 tsp (1 g) cayenne
  • 14 tsp 14 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (3 g) oregano
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (6 g) cumin
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp (12 g) salt
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp (2 g) paprika

Add spices and garlic to pot.

Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Simmer (and still once in a while) or boil (and stir frequently) until the the chili becomes very thick.

Stir in kidney beans and corn and cook for a few minutes.

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (15 g) water, cold
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (8 g) corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp 1 Tbsp (15 g) water, cold

Mix corn starch and cold water, then dump into pot and stir.
